Send events to Zapier, Make, n8n or your own CRM as they happen: a new conversation, a message, a closed chat, a deal, a rating, a lead form answer.
Each request is a JSON POST signed with the webhook secret: header X-SAV-Signature = sha256=HMAC-SHA256 of the body. If your server does not answer 2xx, we retry after 1, 5, 30 minutes, 2 and 6 hours.
