Auto-replies

Answer customers automatically when no scenario matches Answer typical questions under posts publicly Only questions the documents answer exactly. Complaints, negative or personal comments are marked for a teammate instead. Sort @mentions and draft replies Thanks, question or complaint — with a draft you review before sending. Nothing is sent automatically. Analyse each conversation when it is closed Summary, customer mood and topics — for the reports in Analytics. One AI call per closed conversation, only if something new was written. Propose what to change on the customer card A tag, a field, who owns the conversation, a deal — with a reason, in the conversation itself. It can only use the tags, fields and people you already have: nothing is invented. Apply the safe ones without asking Tags, fields and assignment happen by themselves; a deal always waits for a person, because it has money in it. Everything applied is written down with its reason.
