Two-step sign-in
After the password, sign-in asks for a code from an authenticator app on your phone (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password…). A stolen password alone is then not enough.

Each works once if the phone is lost. They are not shown again.

Every browser and app that can still get back into your account without the password. If you do not recognise one — or sold the laptop — end it here.
Ask admins for two-step sign-in
With this on, settings, the team and downloading the whole contact list stay closed to an owner or admin who has not turned two-step sign-in on. Answering customers is never blocked by it.
