Automations
Match incoming messages and reply automatically — keywords, time windows, multi-step flows.
You keep answering the same question
Taken from your own conversations of the last month. Check the text before saving — nothing is turned on by itself.
Nudge a customer who went quiet
If the customer does not answer our message, send one reminder. Only while the 24-hour window is open; never to resolved or snoozed chats.
Remind about an unpaid link
An order with a payment link and no payment is the most expensive thing in an inbox: the customer meant to pay and got distracted. One reminder, never a second — and never to somebody who asked us to stop.
{n} is the order number, {link} the payment link, {total} and {currency} the amount.
Tags from words
When a customer writes one of the words, the conversation gets the tag. Every matching rule applies, on every message. Case does not matter.
Ask for a rating when a conversation is closed
When an agent marks a conversation resolved, the customer gets 1–5 stars. A 1 or 2 alerts the agent (and Telegram, if set up).
Limits and hand-over
Protects customers from too many automatic messages and makes sure a person steps in when the bot is lost.
Word lists
Write @name in any scenario or comment rule instead of repeating the words, e.g. @price = price, cost, how much, precio.
Business details
Write your phone, address, hours or links once and use them everywhere as company.name in double curly braces — scenarios, comment answers, DMs. Change it here and every message follows.
Message topics and the customer’s preferences page
Customers choose which topics they want and how often campaigns may come, instead of all or nothing. Send them the link with the variable contact.preferences_link (in double curly braces) from a scenario. Campaigns with a topic skip people who turned it off.

A send that failed on a hiccup is retried automatically (1 min, 5 min, 25 min, 2 h, 6 h). Anything a retry cannot fix waits here for you.
Rules
No scenarios yet
A scenario reads every incoming message and answers the ones it recognises — the questions you would otherwise type out twenty times a day.
Start from one of these: it opens in the builder, filled in and switched off, for you to read and change before saving.
Or build one from nothing with “Create rule” above. Every scenario can be turned off in one click.
