How it looks

Logo or photo

Square works best. Without it the first letter of the name is shown.

Title Usually the name of the business — it is the first thing a visitor sees. Under the name

Colour Button on the page

Status under the name comes from Settings → Hours by itself: “Online” while you work, and when you will answer while you are closed.

Greeting

First message in the chat Show it next to the button Once per visit, and only to someone who has not written yet. Ask for name and phone/email first

Frequent questions

They are on the chat’s start screen, with a search. While a visitor types, the chat offers the matching answer before the message is even sent — the simple questions get answered without waiting for you.

Buttons to your messengers

Not everyone wants to type in a widget: many people would rather continue in WhatsApp or Instagram, where their own history is. These buttons open that chat with your greeting already typed — and the page they were reading travels with them, so you see what they were looking at.
