Keeping old messages out of the way

Every search, every conversation list and every report reads the same table, and it grows with everything ever said — while the work is always about the last few weeks. Older messages can be moved to a cold store: nothing is deleted, and the search can still look there on purpose.

0 keeps everything where it is — the default. A conversation that is still open is never split: its messages stay together until it is closed.

Data deletion

Delete the data of a specific channel — Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp — without deleting your account.

Select the channels to wipe. Conversations, contacts, comments and auto-reply rules for the selected channels in this workspace will be permanently deleted, and connected accounts disconnected. This cannot be undone.
